Tiffany Young, LCSW
Our Founder
Tiffany Young, founder of Equal Education For All (EEFA), started EEFA out of a passion and desire to see all children succeed and reach their full potential. Ms. Young grew up in South Central Los Angeles and is a first generation college student and one of the first women in her family to graduate high school. She is passionate about helping youth navigate to college, out of poverty and on to lead fulfilling lives.
Ms. Young has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Education.
Ms. Young’s greatest accomplishment calls her “mom.”
